Narrowed the scope first
The ask was a full replatforming across every product line. We pushed back and scoped the smallest commercially meaningful slice. Mortgages came first, with a managed vendor list and a clear customer journey.

Configurable vendor hub
Every mortgage vendor carried its own feed, auth, and document handoff. We built a template-driven integration layer so Fintera staff could onboard a new vendor with a form, a set of mappings, and a test run.

Experience Cloud portal
The customer portal sat on Salesforce Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud underneath for data and case handling. The journey ran from product comparison through to application.

Clean handoff with Scada
Scada owned the visual layer. We mapped their static designs onto Experience Cloud components so the portal carried the Fintera brand and still fit the Salesforce platform underneath.
