The project faced two main challenges: the need to analyze, document, and replicate an existing proprietary web-platform within Salesforce, and integrating third-party design vendor Scada for visual design oversight.

Additionally, managing the high volume of user requests posed a significant challenge, necessitating extensive modifications to Salesforce to ensure robust performance and scalability. These hurdles required a strategic approach to both technical and design aspects, ensuring a seamless integration and an optimal user experience in the developed customer portal.
