Free AI Audit

A free AI audit for your business, to find out which processes are worth automating

Most businesses are already spending six or seven figures on AI per year, and most can't say where it's paying off. Tools get bought because they impressed in a demo, pilots stall on dirty data and disconnected systems, and half the projects that do launch land as only a moderate win. That's not a technology problem. It's what happens when AI gets bought before anyone maps what it's supposed to fix.

That's exactly what the free audit settles. We map how your business works, then show you exactly where AI can make it better. One written report, yours to keep either way.

Start with a free AI audit

7 days · Written report · Free. It begins with one short call to check the fit. No pitch, no obligation.

We know AI spending

Sound familiar?

You already know something's off. We've seen exactly where it usually is.

Leadership signs off on a seven-figure AI budget, and IT ends up owning a pile of pilots nobody agreed a plan for. A chatbot goes live on the website, handles the easy questions fine, then falls apart the moment something unusual comes up, and the support team still fields the hard calls by hand. A team spends months on a tool built to replace a person, and six months later that person is still doing the job because the tool never could. And underneath all of it sits the same messy, disconnected data that makes every one of these projects harder than the demo promised.

Ready to implement, no idea which
Every vendor says theirs is the one you need. Without knowing which part of the business it's supposed to fix, picking one is a guess.
Already spending, not seeing results
AI is already part of the business, and the budget keeps growing, but nobody can point to a real result. Often it's not that AI failed. It's that the wrong tool got picked for the job.
Still not sure AI even applies here
AI can feel like something meant for tech companies, not yours. Most businesses have two or three places where it clearly pays off, and a lot more where it doesn't.
Leadership is sold. The team isn't.
Most leadership teams are more excited about AI than the people expected to use it, and that gap is usually where a project quietly dies.

These four show up in almost every business, whether AI is already part of how you run things or you're still deciding if it should be. What nobody can see from outside is which one applies to you, and where AI would make a real difference if it were implemented properly. That is exactly what the audit finds.

Start here

Before you buy another AI tool

Most AI projects fail for one reason. The tool gets picked, or the pilot gets greenlit, before anyone has mapped how the business runs. A smarter tool doesn't fix that. It just means you can burn the budget faster.

So we start by coming into your business and mapping it properly. How you find clients. How you sell to them. How you deliver, and what breaks along the way. Where your data lives, and how clean it really is, because that's the one thing every stalled AI project has in common. And where a person on your team is doing something worth automating, and something no model should be trusted with yet. We draw all of it out as a Customer Journey Map.

That structured conversation is the AI Audit, and it's the first step of working with us. Once that picture exists, we tell you exactly where AI can make your business run better. The audit and the report are free, yours to keep whether you go any further or not.

The deliverable

Here is exactly what you get

A full written report built around your company, not a generic summary.

1

A map of how your business works

Most useful part

A visual Customer Journey Map showing every stage a customer moves through, from first contact to the sale, the delivery, and whatever keeps them coming back, or doesn't. Most owners have never seen their own business drawn out like this.

2

A clear plan for where AI helps your business

Not a shortlist of trending tools. One straight answer on which processes are worth automating now, and which aren't worth touching yet.

3

What needs to change before you implement anything

Most vendors skip this

Usually the data and the process, not the software. We tell you exactly what those things are and in what order to tackle them.

4

A clear, itemised estimate of what implementation would cost

Usable with us or any other team you like. It is yours. No invoice attached, no pressure to proceed.

5

A referral if we are not the right fit

If the audit shows we are not the best people to help you, we say so directly and point you to someone in our network who is. We would rather lose the project than do it badly.

Yours to keep No cost No obligation
How it works

From first message to written report in about a week

The first step of working together is the audit, and it is free. Here is how you get to it.

1

Tell us about your company

about a minute

A couple of questions on size, what you've already spent on AI, and where it isn't paying off. Decides fit before anyone's time goes in.

2

A fit call

30–45 minutes

A conversation about how your business runs today, what AI you've already tried, and what you're trying to solve. By the end, we both know whether the audit is worth your time. If it is not, we say so on the call.

3

We run the audit and deliver your report

3–4 hours + 5–7 business days

A working session, usually remote, where we map your business process together. Within 5 to 7 business days, you receive your full written report. That is it.

Fair question

Surely there is a catch?

There is no catch. A few of the companies that go through the audit decide to have us implement the AI we recommend. That is where we make our money.

We have found this works better than any sales call. Instead of telling you we are good at this, we show you. You walk away with a real deliverable that took real expertise to produce, and you keep it whether you go further or not. No invoice, no chasing, no pressure.

The only thing we ask: show up ready to talk openly about how your company runs, and where you've already spent money on AI that didn't work.

Fit

This is not for everyone

A good fit if you
Run a B2B company, or a high-ticket B2C business: manufacturing, insurance, professional services, distribution, construction, wholesale, and similar
Have at least two or more people doing the same kind of work, whether that's sales, delivery, or support
Do more than roughly €1M / $1M a year
Actually want to automate parts of the business with AI, not just explore whether you should

Never touched AI properly? Good. Figuring out where to start is our job, not yours.

Not a fit if you
Have too small a team right now to automate any real process with AI
Haven't reached that revenue range yet
Aren't planning to implement AI, just comparing options
A message from Jeff

Dear visitor,

Companies come to me after they've already implemented AI and spent too much on tools that don't work for their business processes. The tool stays switched on. The results never land. Usually it's not the model's fault. Nobody mapped what the tool was supposed to fix before it got bought.

I've seen the other side of that too. One of our clients sells roofing materials across the UK and Ireland, where new construction projects get published in public databases every week, thousands of them, and none say what kind of roof the building will need. We set up a system around Claude and a web-crawling tool that reads every listing and understands the context. Then it narrows thousands of projects down to the five worth a phone call each week. That's what AI looks like when it's aimed at the right problem, not the flashiest demo.

I work directly with owners, without account managers in between. I don't resell any AI platform, so when I recommend where and how to use AI in your business, the recommendation is based on your process, not on what I get paid to implement.

The first step is a free audit. I study how your company actually works, then send you a clear written report on where AI is worth the money, and where it isn't. If it makes sense, implementing it is a separate engagement. Finding out costs nothing, and the report is yours whether we keep working together or not.

This is not my actual photo, I played with AI to put me holding a tablet with an AI chat open. But isn't it cool how far this AI technology has come?

What clients say

In their own words.

We worked with Jeff to organize our sales process for a small sales and service team. He set up pipeline tracking, reports, and dashboards that give me a clear view of tasks, key accounts, and opportunities. The biggest change is visibility. I know what the team is working on remotely, and I have more control and predictability in managing opportunities and forecasting. I recommend working with Jeff and will turn to him again for the next step.

This is the second time I have worked with Jeff, now I know him for already 6 years. 6 years ago we built a very successful project for a local driving school, now we have created another sales system based on rules and tools. I should say that Jeff is an exceptional professional, a bit opinionated which creates a lot of debates, and sometimes we even argue, but all arguments are purely professional which I love and I definitely could recommend him as a great CRM professional.

Jeff helped us implement Salesforce to collect and manage leads coming from the stands in Japan. He built a simple process for tracking leads and worked closely with developers of other stand components to ensure the whole project was integrated and ran smoothly. We have worked with Jeff for a long time, and this is already our second project together. He is my go-to person for CRM implementations, and I would definitely recommend Jeff and his team.

Thank you to Jeff, Vishal, and their team for the support. They prepared the assets in record time, quickly adapted to our feedback, and handled every question with care. We definitely recommend working with them and look forward to the next set of assets together.

Frequently asked questions

There is no catch. You pay nothing and owe nothing. Some of the companies that go through the audit later hire us to implement what we recommend, and that is how we earn. If you decide to stop after the audit, you keep the full report.

A 30 to 45 minute conversation about your company: what you've already tried with AI, where it stalled, and what you're trying to fix. By the end, both sides know whether the audit makes sense. If it does not, we say so on the call.

Because a budget answers how much you can spend, not where it should go. Most of the businesses putting a million dollars or more into AI per year still can't point to which process it's improving. The audit answers that question before the money does, not after.

Often the fix is smaller than people think, usually the data feeding it or the process around it, not the model itself. The audit tells you directly what's salvageable, what needs to change, and what starting over would take, before you commit to either.

We're not tied to one AI vendor or platform. The right setup for a business your size is almost always a handful of specific tools wired into your existing systems and data, not one platform that claims to do everything. The audit tells you exactly which pieces you need.

If it's given free rein, yes. AI is still far from perfect, and giving it direct write access to a live database is how records get deleted or overwritten by mistake. What we implement keeps AI working from a copy of the data, or behind a human check, on anything that touches a live system. That's exactly the kind of detail the audit is built to catch before it costs you something.
